If you are facing any difficulty using the item you ordered, we have a return policy in place. Customers have 7 business days in which they can contact our customer support for returning their order due to any reason.

Damaged or Defected Goods

Please call or email our team immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item by chance.

You will be required to share details of the issue with your product and the order number. On certain occasions, we may ask you to send clear pictures of the damaged product with its packaging.

Once the verification procedure for the defective or damaged has been completed, we will charge claims to the respective manufacturer. The customer is responsible for bearing the shipping charges in the entire return process.

Wrong Order

In case you received the wrong item, feel free to talk to us and we will replace it with the right product. To avoid such a situation in the first place, we advise customers to view complete details associated with the item before ordering it.

Exchanges & Replacements

When placing an order, please view all product-related specifications very carefully. Once the product is shipped or delivered, exchange or return will require a restocking fee to be borne by the customer.

You can make amendments after order confirmation free of cost by notifying our customer services department.

Restocking Fee

We ensure complete satisfaction of our customers. In case you are dissatisfied with your order due to any reason, you can return the product with its original packaging. We charge a restocking fee of 25% on all items returned. A refund email is also sent to the customer in such a scenario. Please note that the shipping fee paid by the customer is fully non-refundable. Also, some of the products we deliver cannot be replaced. 


A customer can cancel the order only after the ‘order confirmation’ email. You can avail the cancellation option available on the website or talk to our customer service representative to request a cancellation.

Return Procedure

  • All items must be returned within 7 business days of the original order date.
  • All accessories and instruction manuals should be returned with the product.
  • The item returned should be brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable).

Please note that returning products are subject to shipping charges. The time duration required for the replaced order to be delivered will be communicated to the customer accordingly.
