Our customer friendly policies are designed to offer optimum support and convenience to the buyers. In case, the order purchased has to be returned, the company offers a margin of 7 business days under which, the customer can contact the Technical Support Department and return the product with ease.

Damaged or Defected Goods

Please contact our technical support immediately if you get defected or damaged item on arrival. This issue can arise under extremely rare circumstances and we take charge of the situation without any delay.

Connect with our technical support with your evident issue and the order number. On certain occasions, we may ask you to send the clear pictures of the damaged product with the packaging.

Once the conveyed defect or damage is verified, we will charge claims to the respective manufacturer. The customer is only responsible to endure the shipping charges in all the return process.

Wrong Order

On multiple occasions, we verify the complete order details before shipping it to the customer. In rare occurrence if the customer receives the wrong item, color or size that is not specified beforehand, please contact us immediately with complete details of your order requested and order received.

Exchanges & Replacements

While placing an order, please be very careful while entering the information regarding color, size and other product specifications. Once the product is shipped or delivered, the exchange or return will require a restocking fee.

You can make amendments after the order confirmation free of cost by notifying our customer services beforehand.

Restocking Fee

We ensure complete satisfaction of our customers. In case you are dissatisfied with your order due to any reason, you can return the product with original packing. We charge a restocking fee of 15% on all items returned. A refund email is also sent to the customer in that regard.

Please note that some of the products delivered cannot be replaced.

Cancellation

A customer can cancel the order only after the ‘order confirmation’ email. The canceling option is available on the website or talk to our customer representative to make the cancellation request.

Return Procedure

  • All items must be returned within 7 business days of the original order date.
  • All the accessories and instruction templates should be returned with the product.
  • The item returned should be brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable).



Please note that the returning products are subjected to shipping charges. The time duration of the replaced order will be notified by the customer services via phone and email.
