Delivery Time

An order takes 8-12 business days to process if it is in our international warehouse.

Orders that are available in our local warehouse can be dispatched the same day at noon or the day after. Please contact one of our customer service representatives to know if the product you ordered is available in our local warehouse. 

We try our level best to deliver your products on time. However, if the delivery gets delayed, you will be notified immediately.

Please note that the delivery time given to you is based on approximation. The delivery time may increase in case of any holidays announced by the Government of Pakistan.

Delivery Location

Delivery of all item(s) is valid for customers residing in Pakistan only. Please be noted that we only deliver the orders to private properties with a well-defined address to be mentioned by the customer at the time of check-out.

Courier Service

To deliver our products in remote parts of the country, we use the most reliable & efficient courier service available that can deliver to your location. Most orders are generally delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch.

Service Availability
The courier service is available from Monday to Saturday.

Fragile Items Delivery does not take responsibility for goods that are damaged or broken in transit of the selected courier service.

Signature on Delivery
Our courier requires a signature on delivery. To make sure your delivery is smooth, please ensure that you or somebody on your behalf is available at the delivery address you have provided to receive and sign for your parcel.

Multiple Address allows you to get your orders delivered to multiple addresses. This way, you can order a variety of products at once for your relatives or friends.

Shipping Methods

Once your payment is verified, your order goes in the dispatching process. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing a tracking number.

We offer the following shipping methods to our valued customers:

Free Standard Delivery
All orders above PKR 4,900/- qualify for free standard delivery across Pakistan. Your eligibility for free standard delivery is specified on the product page and at checkout, along with an estimated delivery time.

Standard Delivery
A nominal flat fee is charged on all non-qualifying orders. The delivery charges are mentioned to the customers during the checkout process.

Store Collection
You can also select the "store pickup" option during checkout to collect the order yourself if you are a resident of Karachi. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection. Orders can only be picked during business hours. Please inform our customer service representative before visiting our local store so that your item is ready when you reach there.

Identity Requirements:

For the order pick up, the customer is required to bring:

    • The order number
    • Original CNIC

In case the order is collected by another person, please notify the organization’s management beforehand via email with valid details of the person colllecting the item on your behalf.

Shipping in Parts

Our company mostly delivers multiple items within the same order in one go. However, sometimes, orders containing multiple items are delivered in portions as some goods are readily available while others take time. The customer will be notified beforehand in such a situation.

Tracking Your Order

Track your order status anytime, anywhere. Please do note that a tracking number may take 24 hours to update.

Email Notifications

We ensure delivery of timely notifications for all orders irrespective of their value or quantity. You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • Order processing email
  • A shipment confirmation email with a tracking number

Parcels Lost In Transit will not be responsible in case any of your ordered items are misplaced in transit by the designated courier company.

How will I know if my order is dispatched?

We send all our customers an email confirming the dispatch and also provide them with a tracking number.

Why can’t I track my order?

Please note that your tracking number may take 24 hours to update. If you can’t track your order, please try again after a while. 

Which courier service do you use?

We rely on TCS for the delivery of all the items. However, for a few delicate orders, we utilize the services of our in-house dispatch team.

What are the timings for order delivery?

Your order can be delivered at any time between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. Please make sure that you are available for receiving the order. In case you are not present, please ask one of your family members or friends to collect the item on the specified address.

Why does my order take time to arrive?

A majority of the orders are dispatched from our international warehouses and that is the reason why we give an estimated delivery time of 8-12 business days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

You can get your order within 48 hours if your order is available in our local warehouse.
