Orders take 7-11 business days to process if it is in our international warehouse.
Orders that are available in our local warehouse can be dispatched on the same day at noon or a day after. Please contact our customer services to know if the product you ordered is available in our local warehouse.You can pick up your order on the same day if you have chosen store pick up or get your product delivered at your doorstep, a day after.
We try our level best to deliver your products on time, however, if the delivery gets delayed, you will be notified immediately.
Please note that the delivery time given to you is based on an over-all estimation. The delivery time may increase in case of any holidays stated by the Government of Pakistan.
Delivery of all the item(s) pertains to all the customers residing in Pakistan only. Please do note that we only deliver the orders to private properties with a well-defined address mentioned at the time of check-out.
To deliver our products even in the most remote parts of the country, we use the most reliable & efficient courier service based on the location of your delivery address. Most orders are generally delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Tejar.pk does not take responsibility for goods that are damaged or broken in transit of the selected courier service.
Our courier requires a signature on delivery. To make sure your delivery is as smooth as possible, please ensure that you or somebody is available at the delivery address you have provided to sign for your package delivered.
Tejar.pk allows you to get your orders delivered to multiple addresses. So now you can order several products at once for your relatives or friends with convenience.
Once your payment is verified, your order goes in dispatching process. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing a tracking number.

All orders above PKR 4900 qualify for free standard delivery across Pakistan. Your eligibility for free standard delivery is specified on the product page and at checkout, along with an estimated delivery time.
A flat fee is charged on all non-qualifying orders. We charge a minimal fee for the convenience of our customers. The delivery charges are mentioned to the customers during the checkout process.
You can also select the "store pickup" option during checkout to collect the order yourself if you are a resident of Karachi. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection. Orders can only be picked during business hours. Please inform our customer service representative before making a visit at the local store so that you won’t have to wait for your item.

Our company holds the responsibility of delivering your products in the most effective manner. However, sometimes, multiple orders can be delivered in installments and the customer will be notified beforehand in such a situation.

How will I know if my order is dispatched?
We send all our customers an email confirming the dispatch and also provide them a tracking number.

Please know that tracking number may take 24 hours to update. If you can’t track your order, try again after a couple of hours. We make sure that our customers are able to check their order without any issue.
Which courier service do you use?
We rely on TCS for the delivery of all the items. However, for a few delicate orders, we only trust our boys in the house. *
What are the timings for order delivery?
Your order can be delivered at any time between 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday. Please make sure that you are available for receiving the order. In case you are not present, please ask your family member or friends to collect the item on the specified address as we do not take any responsibility once the order is delivered.
Why does my order take time a prolonged to arrive?
A majority of the orders are dispatched from our international warehouses and that is the reason why we give an estimated time of 8-12 business days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).
You can get your order within 48 hours if your order is available in our local warehouse only if you are that lucky!
