How To Use It
- Use the doe-foot applicator to apply Glimmer Liquid Shadow directly onto your lids.
- Blend using your finger in a patting motion, or use an eye makeup brush in a windshield-like motion.
- Apply one layer for a soft wash of color. Apply additional layers for a higher impact look, allowing the color to dry completely between swipes.
