This premium blood pressure monitor features a high-contrast, black backlit dual display with extra-large numbers, and conveniently displays your current reading next to your previous reading for an immediate comparison (unless possible AFib is detected). The monitor also provides a weekly average of the number of possible AFib events detected. Powered by the OMRON Advanced Accuracy blood pressure measurement technology, this monitor measures five times more blood pressure data points than previous OMRON models for more consistent, precise blood pressure readings, and will alert you if body movements or other errors were detected during your measurement.
For additional convenience, this monitor also includes the OMRON TruRead feature which allows you to automatically take three consecutive readings at customizable intervals (15 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds, or 2 minutes), and then displays the average. Or take advantage of the Advanced Averaging feature, which automatically displays the average of up to three separate readings taken within the last ten minutes. The 10 Series also detects pulse rate and includes a hypertension indicator that alerts you when your numbers exceed the guidelines for a normal blood pressure reading.
