With the Ring to Open feature, you can open the main entrance door of your apartment building at the push of a button. The Nuki Opener recognises that you are approaching the building and presses the buzzer as soon as you ring the bell.
With the open door feature, you can control your intercom system’s buzzer via the Nuki app. Needless to say, this also works on the go – so you can open the main entrance door of your apartment building for family, friends, or a package delivery company whenever you’re not at home.
Continuous mode is a particularly useful feature for companies and for people renting out holiday apartments. You can use this mode to define fixed time windows in which the buzzer is always pressed automatically as soon as someone rings the bell. This way, your Airbnb guests can conveniently access the building even without the Nuki app. Access to the apartment will thereafter be granted via the keypad.
You can use the ring suppression feature to prevent the doorbell from ringing whenever you use the Ring to Open feature for yourself. The doorbell will of course still ring whenever someone else presses it.
