Secured Bluetooth: the device is never directly connected to the Internet as it synchronizes with secured Bluetooth to your smartphone* only when needed. The navigation button blinks in blue to notify the user of its activation. Furthermore, a secure Element (ST Safe-J) which is a tamper-resistant hardware, keeps your private keys safe. Finally, it sports a fingerprint reader to authenticate its holder.
Designed in partnership with Prove & Run, the device embeds a secure, transaction-specific execution area, isolated from the Google Android operating system. This area runs ProvenCore, the ultra-secure Prove & Run's TEE (Trusted Execution Environment) operating system,that meets the military security standard EAL7, the highest standard providing an unrivaled level of security.
No need to worry, in case the ARCHOS SafeT touch is broken, stolen or lost the holder benefits from a backup in the form of a recovery seed key of 24 words. This recovery key will let you get access to your wallet again.
ARCHOS SafeT touch supports several crypto currencies, including Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, Litecoin, DASH, ZCash, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, and all ERC20 Tokens. The ARCHOS SafeT touch will be able to accept more coins in the near future.
