Warranty Policy

1. Where can I find the warranty for my product?

  • The warranty field is mentioned against each product on the right of the product (image for the point is needed)
  • Warrant of product with the duration is mentioned in warranty field

2. What’s the procedure to claim my warranty?

  • If you find product to be “Impaired”, “Faulty” or “Dissimilar from Described” on arrival, you can simply contact us at Tejar.pk at +92 21 35839933.
  • Kindly contact us within 7 days of delivery, refund, return, replacement requests (terms and conditions apply) initiated after 7 days will not be entertained
  • Products with manufacturer imparity can be claimed to the respective manufacturer. A warranty card will be included for products with manufacturer warranty
